Your philosophy of leadership matters. Know yours. While it might be true that the product influences, it is the philosophy that actually made the difference. Now what do I mean by philosophy of leadership. For me it is what brings the following aspects together: Values: The leadership values you stand for (innovation, hiring only the best, integrity, or seeking uniqueness) Mission: What you believe you are contributing for (the problem you are solving) in the larger purpose Lifestyle: he lifestyle you promote for the work environment (having fun, enjoying being at work, or interacting with any employee) Management Principles: The principles of management (being yourself, letting creativity out, enhancing team building moments, or being a flat organization) If these 4 are in place and clear for the leader then things will get into place.
