How your philosophy can leads millions...

Your philosophy of leadership matters. Know yours.
While it might be true that the product influences, it is the philosophy that actually made the difference. Now what do I mean by philosophy of leadership. For me it is what brings the following aspects together:

  • Values: The leadership values you stand for (innovation, hiring only the best, integrity, or seeking uniqueness)
  • Mission: What you believe you are contributing for (the problem you are solving) in the larger purpose
  • Lifestyle: he lifestyle you promote for the work environment (having fun, enjoying being at work, or interacting with any employee)
  • Management Principles: The principles of management (being yourself, letting creativity out, enhancing team building moments, or being a flat organization)
If these 4 are in place and clear for the leader then things will get into place.

J.P. Morgan was born and raised in Hartford, Connecticut to Junius Spencer Morgan (1813–1890) and Juliet Pierpont (1816–1884) of Boston, Massachusetts . Pierpont, as he preferred to be known, had a varied education due in part to interference by his father, Junius. In the fall of 1848, Pierpont transferred to the Hartford Public School and then to the Episcopal Academy in Cheshire , Connecticut (now called Cheshire Academy ), boarding with the principal. In September 1851, Morgan passed the entrance exam for the English High School of Boston , a school specializing in mathematics to prepare young men for careers in commerce. In the spring of 1852, illness that was to become more common as his life progressed struck; rheumatic fever left him in so much pain that he could not walk. Junius sent Pierpont to the Azores (Portuguese islands in the Atlantic) in order for him to recover. After convalescing for almost a year, Pierpont returned to the English High School in Boston to...

''Why Not Invent It ?''

This world is divided into those who look at others enviously and those who look at others as a motivational TOOL.For example, you will be working for God,and trying to help some people to solve their problems, some human beings now rise up criticizing you. What we need is to put aside or forget our curious upbringing, and dedicate our life to something useful.
